Cancellation Policy
😃 Cancellations prior to 24 hours before service: no fee, no problem!
🫤 Cancellations less than 24 hours before service: 50% fee, however, if you reschedule at that time, the fee will go towards the new service. The fee will not go towards retail products or a service that you book later on.
🫠No show: 100% of cost of service; no exceptions. We reserved that time for you and only you! Please be respectful of our time just like we are of yours.
🥺 If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text us! We understand that things happen, but we may not be able to accommodate you if you’re over 15 minutes late. If you do not arrive within the grace period, you will be charged 50% of the service cost, and 100% of the service cost every time afterwards.
